Please Read The Following:
Please read this page carefully before submitting your
final order. If you are submitting your order with a
credit card, YOUR CARD IS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY. If you
are not ready to process your card yet, you can exit
the site and your card will not be processed.
Please make sure to fill out the billing/shipping
information correctly. The billing information is the
place where the credit card bills or banks statements
go, not your home address (unless your bills come to
your house). Errors will cause delays in your order.
Also make sure to completely fill out the shipping
information if it is different than your billing
information. If you are in a different country, you
may want to use the comments box to type out your
complete address.
All domestic orders are shipped either via USPS or UPS. Please allow 2-10 delivery days on all domestic orders. International orders are shipped via USPS and can be expected within 2 weeks (some earlier, some later, depending on which country you live in.)
We do our best to ship orders out as soon as possible. Most orders are processed on the next business day and are shipped soon thereafter. Occasionally delays in shipping occur during promotions and during the holiday season. Please be patient. We do our best to get every order processed and out the door as fast as possible. We generally do not fill orders on the weekends. Occasionally items are out of stock. In this case, we will contact you to let you know when to expect the item back in stock.
Because of fraud, we now require an authorized
signature on large orders or certain international
orders which cannot be verified through the
cardholder's bank. We will send you the proper forms
via email and you can either fax or mail them back.
Please do not submit any false information on your
order. All it will do is further delay your
merchandise. If you do not have an email address,
please type "none" so we will know to call you should
we have any questions.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds for any reason other than defective merchandise. We are not responsible for USPS shipments that are lost or damaged. If your package is lost or damaged you will need to file a claim with the shipping agent that lost or damaged your order. The only way to guarantee delivery is to choose UPS, which enables us to track your package. Sorry, but at this time we are unable to offer UPS to your international customers. If your item is defective and found to be our fault, we will gladly replace your item. We cannot accept returns due to ordering the wrong size garment or not liking your order.
