WORD-OF-MOUTH MEETS BR**NFREEZE: MAY 25, 2006

Does the name "Keith Tamashiro" ring bells with
anyone? It should...he has been Shadow's art director
for the past six years, working on and designing,
among others, Shadow's "Private Press" LP, the
"Brainfreeze" and "Product Placement" projects,
"Diminishing Returns," and the list goes on.
Several weeks ago, Keith suffered a near-fatal brain
aneurism. While he has begun showing signs of making
a recovery (which is truly amazing), the medical bills
are already astronomical. Thus a coalition of his
friends and family have assembled a benefit show, with
100% of the proceeds going to knock down Keith's debt.

Now, here's the big news for Shadow fans...
For the benefit, ONE TIME ONLY, Shadow and Cut Chemist
will team up to reprise part of their infamous
Brainfreeze set. It is Shadow's first show in nearly
