For those of you who snapped up Volume 1, nice work...the CD is officially SOLD OUT. Now comes an extended, revised Hard Sell set based on the longer version of the show currently on tour in the US (and later, in Europe and Australia). This second version, recorded in November, is called The Hard Sell (Encore), and comes with an all-new cover design.
