Here are some of the Remix art submissions that we like so far. Keep in mind that these are just SOME of the submissions that we like. If you submitted a design and it is not posted below, DO NOT assume that yours will not be chosen.

Midnight In A Perfect World Remix
Check out the latest finalist for the DJ Shadow Remix Project: "Midnight Fuso Remix" by Fuso G.
Shadow: "I'm loving the use of the original vocal sample from 'Midnight,' and the fresh direction the producer takes the song. Well-mixed and programmed, I would play this!"

Shadow Featured in "Thunder Soul" Film
A motion picture documentary featuring Shadow is premiering at the SXSW Convention in Austin, Texas on March 13th. Entitled "Thunder Soul," the film captures a subject close to his heart: the legendary Kashmere Stage Band. Shadow befriended bandleader Conrad O. Johnson during several visits in the '90s, and speaks on his passion for the band's music. You can see the scheduled playing times here:

The DJ Shadow Remix Project CD
You all have spoken, and it's official: The DJ Shadow Remix Project CD is go!
We will GIVE AWAY THE CD with ANY physical order placed at the DJShadow.com store once the CD is released (most likely sometime in April).
Shadow's going to be listening to your submissions between now and March 31, 2010, so you have just over a month to submit your best work. Think you can do better than what has been chosen so far? Then GET YOUR REMIX IN, so everyone else can experience your production skills! (read more)
