All of the products in this store are based on either USD ($) or EURO (€). The base price (USD or Euro) will display upon your geographic selection upon entry to the store. You can change between USD and EURO by clicking the link at the top right of the site ("Change Region").
The Currency drop down menu is solely for viewing purposes; so you can see what the relative price is of a EURO or USD product in a different currency. Upon checking out, your checkout flow will be based in USD or EUROS. As long as you have a recognized credit card or paypal account, you can shop from anywhere in the world, and your bank, paypal, or credit card company will handle the necessary transaction and currency conversion. Please note that our currency conversion may slightly differ from other sources (although the difference is usually a few cents). We use YAHOO for our up to date currency conversions. Again, if you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We currently accept: Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All charges come from the entity "TopSpin Meda."
Your credit card, debit account, or Pay Pal account is charged immediately after placing an order; however sometimes it can take up to 5 business days for the transaction to post to your account. Please note that if you are ordering in non-US currencies (Euros), Paypal may display a slightly different amount due to small differences in exchange rates (we use Yahoo's exchange rates, while Paypal has their own system, thus occasionally yielding a very small difference).
Please make sure to fill out the billing/shipping information correctly. The billing information is the place where the credit card bills or banks statements go. Errors will cause delays in your order. Also make sure to completely fill out the shipping information if it is different than your billing information.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please allow 2-14 delivery days on all domestic orders. International orders are shipped via USPS. International delivery times vary, but usually arrive within 2 weeks (but can take longer depending on customs clearance). Also please be aware that during certain offers and promotions, delivery may be delayed due to a backup in shipping.
We do our best to ship orders out as soon as possible. Most orders are processed on the next business day and are shipped soon thereafter. Occasionally delays in shipping occur during large promotions, when new products are released, when products sell unusually fast, and during the holiday season. Please be patient. We do our best to get every order processed and out the door as fast as possible. We generally do not fill orders on the weekends. Occasionally items are out of stock. In this case, we will contact you to let you know when to expect the item back in stock. In this situation we will always offer you store credit to use towards other items instead of waiting for the out of stock item to be re-stocked, except for the case of products that are labeled as "subject to back-orders" in their product description. These items are always subject to being back-ordered, but are usually re-stocked within 2 weeks.
If a product is ordered that is out of stock, but it is a product that we are re-stocking ("Back-ordered"), you will receive an email notifying you of this situation. We reserve the right to hold back orders up to 3 months before honoring order cancellations.
Please do not submit any false information on your order. All it will do is further delay your merchandise.
All purchases and displayed currencies are charged based on a US dollar amount, and all are charged from a US based account. Foreign transaction charges may apply for outside-US customers.
Please be aware: once an order leaves our premises, the order is in the hands of USPS or UPS, and is no longer our responsibility. If you desire Insurance or Tracking on a package, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire. If an order is lost or damaged, we will do as much as we can to resolve the issue for you, but it is not our responsibility to replace the goods. If this concerns you, please always have items shipped via Express Mail, and email us regarding insuring the package.
We reserve the right to ship your package via a different shipping carrier than the one selected in our order, if the selected method is for some reason unavailable for your address. However, we will do our best to fulfill your order exactly as you selected it to be handled.
We do not accept returns or refunds for any reason other than defective merchandise. We are not responsible for USPS shipments that are lost or damaged. If your package is lost or damaged you will need to file a claim with the shipping agent that lost or damaged your order. The only way to guarantee delivery is to choose UPS, which enables us to track your package. Sorry, but at this time we are unable to offer UPS to our international customers. If your item is defective and found to be our fault, we will gladly replace your item. We cannot accept returns due to ordering the wrong size garment or not liking your order. We do not accept shirt exchanges. If you have a question about an item or the fit or size of our shirts, please email us at email@example.com before you make your purchase.

License for Digital Downloads:
The sale of digital downloads (MP3s) through this Service shall be
on the basis of a license to the User only. This license:
- Prohibits the re-sale or rental of any of the music sold on this site by the user/customer.
- Prohibits the use of any of the downloads and music sold on this site for use by any third party, including illegal file sharing and P2P sites.
- Prohibits any illegal activity in respect of any product and/or the use of any Product in whole or in part for any illegal purpose.
The Materials and all other content in this Site are presented solely for the purpose of providing entertainment and information and promoting programs, films, music, and other products available in the United States, its territories, possessions, and protectorates.
